An evangelizing community is filled with joy; it knows how to rejoice always. It celebrates every small victory, every step forward in the work of evangelization. Evangelization with joy becomes beauty in the liturgy, as part of our daily concern to spread goodness.

Become a Beacon of Hope
Searching and Finding Meaning in our Every day Lives
We are all looking for happiness. We were created for happiness. In a certain sense, all that we do is in function of our happiness and well being. But in the end, what is “happiness”? Can we pursue directly or is it the result of something else?

Monthly half day retreats are intended for RC women and are offered the first Saturday of each month except for August. Currently they begin with Holy Hour at 7:30, followed by breakfast/social, a meditation given by a Legionary priest, time for reflection, a practical talk, a personal questionnaire, a group sharing time and end with mass at 11:15 . Confessions are offered. There is frequently a theme for the year.
The Spiritual Exercises, based on St. Ignatius of Loyola, have for 500 years effectively given the tools to form a discerning heart: to hear God’s call, to understand what influences your behaviors and choices, and to make bold and generous responses. The three or four day silent retreat modeled after the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises includes generous amounts of time for prayerful silence, prayer, reflection, and the cultivation of a deep relationship with God. Spiritual Exercises typically begin Thursday or Friday at ~4:30 PM and conclude Sunday ~1:00 PM.
Once a year, the members of the Movement reserve a longer amount of time for their contact with God through a triduum of renewal (TOR) or spiritual exercises (SPEX). The Triduum of Renewal is three to four days long, and focuses on developing a deeper interior prayer life and furthering one’s integration into Regnum Christi. It typically begins Thursday or Friday at ~4:30 PM and concludes Sunday ~1:00 PM.
