Meet our Mission Youth and Family Directors

Adam and Silvana Kalt

Silvana Kalt, born in Ecuador, was raised in the Catholic faith. Six years ago, she began her journey with Walking With Purpose, which opened many doors for her to grow more deeply in faith. Adam Kalt, born in NY to a Jewish family, married Silvana in 2010. Finally 13 years later, through a series of encounters of the Holy Spirit and support from his family, Adam was baptized into the Catholic faith. Over the past several years, their family became actively involved in Regnum Christi and in November 2025 associated with RC. Through this experience, they have been blessed to meet wonderful people, participate in missions, and see their son Mateo involved in Conquest and the Knights of the Altar. They deeply value spending time together as a family and are grateful for the opportunity to continue growing in their faith together, serving God in the way He calls, and sharing the love and respect that every person deserves. Adam & Silvana pray to remain faithful to His will and to serve with joy, humility, and gratitude. Contact: missionyouthindc@gmail.com

Meet our Mission Youth and Family Directors

Joseph and Jennifer No

Joe and Jen were born and raised in Fairfax, VA, married since 2006 and are loving parents to their two sons, Brandon and Henry. The Lord shaped their path and the Holy Spirit prepared them one yes at a time from the day they took their marriage vows to wanting to raise faith filled mission minded boys to longing for community in the church to finding Regnum Christi and discovering their apostolic zeal for Christ. It was through missions where they realized that this action was the answer to the call of missionary discipleship. Saying yes to the Mission Youth & Family Director role has not only fulfilled their desire to serve, it has also helped them grow together as a family of missionaries. Ignite Your Missionary Spirit Today

At Mission, Youth & Family, we are dedicated to transforming passionate individuals into active apostles. Join us in our journey of faith through engaging programs and experiences that foster spiritual growth and community service.

Our Inspiration

Do not be afraid to go out on the streets and into public places, like the first Apostles who preached Christ and the Good News of salvation in the squares of cities, towns and villages. This is no time to be ashamed of the Gospel (Rom 1,16). It is the time to preach it from the rooftops (Mt 10,27).

Do not be afraid to break out of comfortable and routine modes of living, in order to take up the challenge of making Christ known in the modern “metropolis”. It is you who must “go out into the byroads” ( Mt 22,9) and invite everyone you meet to the banquet which God has prepared for his people. The Gospel must not be kept hidden because of fear or indifference.

-St John Paul II, Denver 1993

Our Mission

Mission Youth exists to engage young people, adults and families in spreading Christ’s love through local missions and abroad serving communities in their specific needs. We believe all Catholic Christians are called and capable of being missionaries through their baptism.

Our mission is to the people we serve, and also to the missionaries themselves as we form them to be apostles, accompanying them in the practice of the works of mercy which open the door to share God’s love & evangelize.

We Believe…

– That Jesus has called all Catholics to the missionary mandate, to go out & make disciples of all nations.- Every Catholic is capable of being a missionary disciple, an apostle through their baptism.
– That the Regnum Christi charism is a gift for the Church & the world and that this apostolate showcases the charism.
– That evangelization happens through Christian witness, personal encounter, intercessory prayer and service to others.
– That unity, charity, community & collaboration as a spiritual family is essential to the fruitfulness of the apostolate.
– That the Catholic faith is retained & strengthened when it is articulated, lived and shared in community.

How can I support these missions?
